The new simplified tier structure

The new combined Scenic & Emerald Rewards loyalty program features four loyalty tiers, each one designed to reward your continued trust in us with experiences and benefits that enhance your journey.

With the combining of status points between the two loyalty programs and the ability for members to earn points across both brands, the status points thresholds have been adjusted for each tier.  

Tiers & Points Table

The key changes are:

  • The points required to reach the Diamond, Emerald and Chairmans Club tiers has been realigned and reflects the value and rewards offered at these levels. 
  • Some tiers have been removed to create a clearer, simpler structure. The Silver tier from EmeraldEXPLORER has been removed and Silver members will move to Gold. The Platinum tier from Scenic Club has been removed and Platinum members will move to the Diamond tier. Members within a tier that has been removed will be automatically moved to the new tier.
  • If you are an existing member in a tier where the points threshold is increasing higher than your current allocation, you’ll receive additional points to ensure you retain your existing tier.
