The new simplified tier structure
The new combined Scenic & Emerald Rewards loyalty program features four loyalty tiers, each one designed to reward your continued trust in us with experiences and benefits that enhance your journey.
With the combining of status points between the two loyalty programs and the ability for members to earn points across both brands, the status points thresholds have been adjusted for each tier.
The key changes are:
- The points required to reach the Diamond, Emerald and Chairmans Club tiers has been realigned and reflects the value and rewards offered at these levels.
- Some tiers have been removed to create a clearer, simpler structure. The Silver tier from EmeraldEXPLORER has been removed and Silver members will move to Gold. The Platinum tier from Scenic Club has been removed and Platinum members will move to the Diamond tier. Members within a tier that has been removed will be automatically moved to the new tier.
- If you are an existing member in a tier where the points threshold is increasing higher than your current allocation, you’ll receive additional points to ensure you retain your existing tier.
What do these changes mean for me?
SCENIC MEMBERS
Gold remains the first tier of the new loyalty program, marking the start of your Scenic & Emerald Rewards journey.
Gold members can enjoy access to pre-release tours and cruises, invitations to exclusive events and the ability to earn real monetary value with the new MyRewards benefit+.
As part of the new program launch, we are delighted to provide existing Gold members 1,000 additional status points, which have been automatically added to your points balance.

The Platinum tier has been merged into the Diamond tier and will no longer exist in the new program. All Platinum members have been automatically included in the Diamond tier and will enjoy enhanced rewards and recognition.
All existing Platinum members with a points balance less than the new Diamond threshold have been automatically adjusted to 15,000.
Diamond members can enjoy access to pre-release tours and cruises, Private Home / Airport Transfers or Airport Hotel Stay#, 1 night complimentary accommodation for journeys of 20+ days, priority on board bookings and more. Plus earn real monetary value when you return from your journey with the new MyRewards benefit+.
Please note: All new members who have been elevated to this tier will only be able to access all pre-journey benefits on their travel arrangements from 1 June 2026.
The status points required to reach the new Diamond tier threshold have increased from 10,000 to 15,000, reflecting the elevated recognition this tier offers. Your continued support is valued, and Diamond status now brings even greater privileges and priority access across all your Scenic and Emerald experiences.
All existing Diamond members who had a status points balance below the new threshold, have been automatically adjusted to 15,000 points. This is to ensure each valued member can continue to enjoy the Diamond tier benefits.
Diamond members can enjoy access to pre-release tours and cruises, Private Home / Airport Transfers or Airport Hotel Stay#, 1 night complimentary accommodation for journeys of 20+ days, priority on board bookings and more. Plus earn real monetary value when you return from your journey with the new MyRewards benefit+.
The points required to reach the Emerald tier have increased from 25,000 to 30,000, reflecting the elevated level of recognition associated with this tier. Emerald status provides you with exclusive privileges, enhanced service, and acknowledgement that travels with you across both brands.
All existing Emerald members with a status points balance less than the new threshold have been automatically adjusted to 30,000 ensuring members can continue to enjoy all the incredible Emerald benefits, no action required.
The Emerald tier benefits have been updated to reflect valued member feedback. In-line with this feedback, welcome home hampers have been updated to private transfers at the start and end of their journey.

The points required to reach the new Chairman’s Club tier have increased from 45,000 to 50,000, reflecting the exceptional prestige and distinction of this invitation-only tier.
The Chairman’s Club tier provides exclusive benefits, unparalleled privileges and personalised service at every stage of your Scenic and Emerald journey.
All existing Chairman’s Club members with a points balance less than the new threshold have been automatically increased to 50,000 ensuring members can continue to enjoy all the premium Chairman’s Club benefits, no action required.
Chairman’s Club members can also enjoy access to exclusive Chairman’s Club events, access to special helicopter flightseeing experience (on selected departures) 1 complimentary 7 nights Europe or Asian River Cruise†, Private Home/Airport Transfers or Airport Hotel Stay#, 1 night complimentary accommodation pre or post trip, complimentary suite upgrade, priority on board bookings and service.
Other benefits include, complimentary laundry allocation, designer lapel pin, personalised welcome gift pack, welcome home experience and much more. Plus earn real monetary value when you return from your journey with the new MyRewards benefit+.

What do these changes mean for me?
EMERALD/EVERGREEN MEMBERS
As part of the new loyalty program, EmeraldEXPLORER members will have the added benefit of accessing the enhanced Scenic-equivalent benefits, across all Emerald products, representing significant extra value.
As part of the new program, the Silver tier is being consolidated and merged into Gold. All silver members have been automatically moved to the new Gold tier. This means any previous Silver members receive all the Scenic & Emerald Rewards Gold tier benefits.
